After studying Genetics, Biochemistry, Animal Breeding, and Animal Behaviour, she started her career at Guide Dogs in New Zealand before moving across to Guide Dogs Queensland – overseeing the success and development of a 300+ service dog colony.
Noticing the lack of information and support in the broader canine breeding community, Lauren established her own canine breeding consultancy to provide comprehensive guidance to the service dog, domestic dog and performance dog industries within Australia.
